    Shipping and postage prices within the Czech Republic and abroad

    For shipments within the Czech Republic and to Slovakia, we use PPL services. For countries within the European Union, we use Allegro One, which hands over the goods in the given country to a contracted carrier for delivery. In individual cases, we may use DHL or DPD services.

    Shipping for orders over CZK 1,000, including VAT, is free throughout the Czech Republic for any size and weight up to 50 kg. For orders up to CZK 999, including VAT, the shipping cost is CZK 175. An exception applies to custom-made boxes, where postage of CZK 175 is charged.

    Cash on delivery is charged at CZK 158.

    Shipping within Slovakia is free for orders from €44, including VAT.

    We ship cash on delivery to Slovakia and the Czech Republic. We do not ship cash on delivery to other countries. For international orders, please use our respective websites: www.coolpet.at, www.coolpet.sk, www.coolpetshop.de, www.coolpet.it and www.coolpet.eu.

    Shipping and postage to the EU are charged according to the rate displayed when creating the order.

    Postage to the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland, is CZK 1,750 or €70. Recipients in the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland, must be businesses with a valid VAT or EORI number, which they must send to us so that we can include it on the invoice for customs authorities. Customs fees in the destination country are paid by the recipient.

    Outside the European Union, postage is individual and available upon request at info@coolpet.eu.

    In the case of returns, complaints and exchanges of goods, transport and postage costs are paid by the customer.

    A treadmill cannot be sent cash on delivery, except in cases where the customer pays postage of CZK 2,400 or €96. After that, the treadmill can be sent cash on delivery, only within the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
