The Purchasing Rules provide complete information connected wíth ordres in our e-shop.
By completing an order, buyer confirms that they have read and agree with our return policy. The order is a purchase agreement.The purchase agreement beggins with delivery of the order to the buyer.
Complaint Handling and Purchasing Rules.
The order constitutes a draft purchase agreement. The purchase agreement shall commence upon the takeover of the ordered goods by the Purchaser.
Due legislative reasons it is not possible to pay via credit cards. It is possible to pay via bank transfer from the account. Profoma invoice will be sent immediately.

2. The seller declares that all information provided on this server is true and in accordance with the legal order of the Czech Republic.
3. Other provisions in the purchase order define and specify the rights and obligations of the seller and the buyer and are an integral part of the purchase contract.
II. A conclusion of the contract
1. The condition for the validity of an electronic order is to fill in all the prescribed data in the form. The order is a draft purchase contract. The seller confirms the conclusion of the purchase contract in the form of an electronic confirmation of the order.
2. The buyer is obliged to indicate the correct and complete postal address to which the ordered goods are to be sent.
3. The seller will deliver the goods to the buyer, in the case of the Czech Republic, by Commercial parcel of the Czech Post on cash on delivery. If the order is delivered outside the territory of the Czech Republic, the seller sends the goods on the basis of a paid invoice, which is sent to the customer at the same time as the order confirmation.
4. By filling out the order form of the online store www.avitex.cz, the buyer gives the seller consent to collect and archive personal data about the buyer and his purchases. These data will only be used to process the business case.
5. The buyer has the right to cancel the sent order or return the goods within 14 days of their delivery. The goods must not be used, worn, must not be damaged and must be packed in the original, original package with all protective elements on the goods, as received by the buyer. It must also contain original patches, stickers and other information media. Further information regarding order cancellation in paragraph V.
6. The buyer is obliged to collect the ordered goods and pay the purchase price if any condition in point 5 is not met. If this condition is not met, i.e. there is no original packaging, protective elements on the goods and original patches, stickers or other media are missing, the seller is entitled to return the goods and not pay the purchase price back to the buyer. The customer agrees with the purchase price when filling out the order even before its binding confirmation.
III. Terms of delivery
1. The place of performance is the registered office or place of business of the buyer, which was filled in the order form, unless the buyer specifies another place.
2. The delivery of the goods is considered to be the sending of the goods to the buyer to the address he specified in the order.
3. The seller usually delivers the goods within 5 days from the date of conclusion of the purchase contract. If the seller discovers that he is unable to deliver the goods to the buyer within the specified period, he must notify him immediately and also inform him of the time by which the standard period is extended. If the seller does not deliver the goods to the buyer within the specified period, the buyer is entitled to withdraw from the contract without further explanation. However, this does not apply if the conditions in point III are met. Paragraph 4
4. The delivery period specified in the previous paragraph does not apply to goods for which a longer delivery period is expressly stated.
5. The seller reserves the right not to deliver goods that have already been discontinued, are not in stock or have significantly increased in price. The seller is obliged to inform the buyer about the price increase immediately and to agree on the next procedure for withdrawing from the contract and returning the money to the buyer (in case the invoice has already been paid), ordering other goods and financial settlement of the price.
6. The seller has the right to reject the order if the buyer repeatedly fails to fulfill his obligation to collect the goods and pay the purchase price.
7. The goods are delivered via DPD as a business package to the address specified in the order.
IV. Payment terms
1. The purchase price of the goods is payable on the basis of a call for payment, or invoices, before delivery of the goods.
2. Shipping costs are added to the prices of products on the website of the online store.
3. Prices are quoted in CZK without VAT, unless it is stated that the price includes VAT.
4. The seller is obliged to send the buyer a tax document upon request.
5. In the case of a larger order, the buyer may be given a discount. Discounts can also be provided during individual sales events. These discounts will be visibly published on the seller's website.
6. The seller reserves the right to change prices, of which the buyer is immediately informed, and he has the option to accept the new price or withdraw from the order. If the buyer has paid for the ordered goods in advance and withdraws from the contract for the above-mentioned reason, the seller will return the entire amount to the buyer no later than 3 days from the delivery of the written withdrawal from the contract (withdrawal can be submitted by e-mail).
V. Withdrawal from the purchase contract (return of goods)
1. The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods. If he decides to do so, he must send the undamaged and unwrapped goods, without signs of use or wear, in the original packaging, at his own expense, within the stated period (the date of dispatch is the determining factor) to the address of the sending or delivery place.
