Shipping prices within the Czech Republic and abroad

Shipping for orders over 1000 CZK, inclusive, is free throughout the Czech Republic for any size and weight up to 50kg.

For orders up to 999 CZK, including, the shipping cost is 135 CZK.

Cash on delivery 93 CZK

Shipping prices within Slovakia are from 44,-€, including, free of charge.

We ship to Slovakia and the Czech Republic with cash on delivery, but we do not ship to other countries with cash on delivery. For international orders, please choose our respective websites: www.coolpet.at, www.coolpet.sk, www.coolpetshop.www.coolpet.it and www.coolpet.eu.

Shipping to the EU, excluding Germany, Austria, and Slovakia, is 1040 CZK for orders up to 20000 CZK or 800€, above this amount, shipping is free.

For returns, complaints, and exchanges of goods, the customer pays for shipping and postage.

The treadmill cannot be sent cash on delivery, except if the shipping cost of 1800 CZK or 79€ is covered by the customer, then it is possible to send the treadmill cash on delivery, only within the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
